Application

Nebuliser - Add 30-40 drops into the nebuliser

Oil burner - Add 10 drops to warm water in the bowl of a burner. When the bowl starts to heat up, the heat will allow the scent to diffuse and fill the room.

Massage - Add 10 drops to 15 to 25ml carrier oil.

* Essential oil should not be used directly on skin nor ingested.

Refrigeration is the best way to maximise your essential oil's shelf life and effectiveness. If that is not possible, always store in a dark, cool place away from heat and sunlight.
