Personal Care Products
All our personal care products are freshly made to order through our fill-to-order and refillery process to reduce waste and encourage conscious consumption. Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the following cases:

Items that arrive damaged

Items that are incorrect

Items that are expired upon arrival
If you encounter any of these issues, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, providing your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We’ll be happy to assist.

Lifestyle Products
For lifestyle items (such as upcycled plastic coasters, bags, and apparel) [Not Personal Care products such as bath & skincare products], we offer a 7-day exchange or return policy, provided the item is:

Unworn, unused, and in its original condition

Not a SALE / CLEARANCE item

Not purchased using a gift card or voucher
If you need to exchange or return a lifestyle product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, along with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Events & Workshops
All workshops and events are planned in advance and are designed to facilitate an educational and enjoyable experience for all participants. We will only accept cancellations and refunds for workshops/ events hosted by Re{me}dy up to 72 hours away from the date of the workshop/ event.
Our cancellation/ refund policy is to remain mindful of all participants and our effort put into organising each event. To ensure that every interested participant is able to secure a spot, we ask that you commit to your registered workshop/ event.

Refunds
If your return or exchange request is approved, we will notify you and
- process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.)
- discuss and work with you on how to organise the EXCHANGE.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund/exchange was approved and there has been no correspondence made, please contact us at hello@remedy.my.
