Nebuliser - Add 30-40 drops into the nebuliser
Oil burner - Add 10 drops to warm water in the bowl of a burner. When the bowl starts to heat up, the heat will allow the scent to diffuse and fill the room.
Massage - Add 10 drops to 15 to 25ml carrier oil.‚
