Cleansing your face is an indispensable step in any skincare routine. It removes dirt, oil, sunscreen, and other impurities that accumulate throughout the day. Proper cleansing promotes skin renewal and ensures your skin is ready to absorb the nutrients from your next steps.
PREP
Toning is an important yet often overlooked step. A good toner helps restore your skin’s ideal pH (around 4.5–5.5), lightly hydrates, and soothes. It also leaves your skin slightly damp—perfectly prepped to absorb serums, moisturizers, and face oils more effectively.

This is where your skincare becomes more personalized. Whether it’s a serum, moisturizer, eye cream, or face oil—this step is all about feeding your skin what it needs. Hydration, brightening, firming, or calming—choose what suits your skin goals, and layer thoughtfully.

Not all skincare is made the same. Our cleansers are formulated to be better than most commercial options, and just as good as top-tier brand cleansers.
Many mass-market cleansers rely on harsh sulfates or high-foam agents that can disrupt your skin barrier. We use gentle, non-stripping surfactants and enrich our formula with hydrating and soothing ingredients to ensure a gentle cleanse.
We probably are the only ones that make soaps good enough to be used to cleanse your face. Our soaps are gentle, made with plant-based oils and thoughtfully formulated to cleanse without tightness. You can lather the soap in your hands or on a cloth, and use the foam to cleanse your face.
Our powdered scrubs and masks are rooted in local, time-honoured beauty rituals and made with ingredients like rice, herbs, and botanicals. Used once or twice a week, they offer a deeper cleanse and gentle exfoliation.
Skipping cleansing can lead to a buildup of dirt, oil, sweat, sunscreen, makeup, and pollutants on your skin. Over time, this can clog pores, cause breakouts, dullness, and disrupt your skin’s natural balance.
When your skin isn’t properly cleansed, products like moisturisers or serums won’t absorb as well, making your entire routine less effective. It can also lead to a weakened skin barrier, increased sensitivity, and premature aging caused by prolonged exposure to environmental stressors.
Yes. We recently launched our Gentle Facial Cleanser - our mildest formula yet, and it’s 100% fragrance-free, making it ideal for sensitive skin. Our natural soaps are also well-loved by customers with sensitive or eczema-prone skin, thanks to their nourishing, non-stripping ingredients and gentle cleansing action.
Unfortunately, not at this time. As much as we’d love to offer refills, we haven’t yet found a way to do it that meets our standards for hygiene and safety—especially for products that are sensitive or highly bioavailable for the skin. It’s something we continue to explore, because we believe in circular solutions—but only when we can do it right.
You should not use our soaps directly on your face. Most of our soaps contain powdered herbal ingredients that create a mild exfoliating or scrub effect. This can be too abrasive for delicate facial skin, especially with direct rubbing.
Instead, lather the soap between your hands or with a soft cloth, then gently apply the foam to your face for a gentler cleanse.

We’re not here to talk trends—we’re here to take responsibility.
We only create products we’re proud to use ourselves—safe, effective, and well formulated. If it’s not something we’d confidently put on our own skin, we simply won’t sell it.
Good products need good ingredients. If a deal seems too good to be true, it probably is. We’re not the most affordable brand—but we’re certainly more accessible than top-tier skincare labels, and our products deliver comparable quality, without the excessive markup.
Many international brands are developed with cooler, drier climates in mind—which often makes their products feel too heavy, greasy, or ineffective here. Ours are lightweight, breathable, and designed to perform where we actually live—right here in Malaysia.
