We’ve had Calme Body Cleanser for nearly four years now, and we felt it was time for an improved formula.
With Calme 2.0, we want to make our wash even gentler for sensitive skin while improving its cleansing performance. To do that, we’ve improved hydration and skin conditioning by adding Aloe Vera, Pro-Vitamin B5, and Allantoin—ingredients known for their soothing and moisture-locking benefits.
We’ve also made a change to the surfactant system, choosing a blend that’s mild yet effective, offering a better cleanse without compromising on gentleness. This version is also more biodegradable.
A Calming Cleanse
Calme 2.0 Body Cleanser
Calme 2.0 is one of the gentlest body cleansers you’ll find on the market (completely sulfate-free, soothing, and perfect for daily use, even on sensitive skin). It’s enriched with hydrating ingredients and barrier-supporting actives like Provitamin B5 and Allantoin. We scent it using a relaxing blend of essential oils, designed to help calm your mind and ease you into a state of relaxation with every wash.
Calme 2.0 is a significant upgrade in both feel and function:
- Sulfate-Free & Gentler: While both are sulfate-free, Calme 2.0 uses a more advanced blend of extra-mild, newer-generation surfactants like Sodium Lauroyl Methyl Isethionate and Sodium Methyl Oleoyl Taurate for a creamier lather and less risk of dryness or irritation.
- Better Hydration: It includes Aloe Vera, Pentylene Glycol and a more refined surfactant system that enhances skin feel, leaving it more moisturised post-wash.
- Improved Skin Barrier Support: Calme 2.0 adds Provitamin B5 (Panthenol) and Allantoin, both well-known for healing, calming, and barrier-repairing properties.
- Enhanced Aroma Experience: We improved the blend in Calme 2.0 to better promote mind relaxation and emotional calm, making the shower ritual more sensorial.
Calme 2.0 is a water-based, sulfate-free body cleanser designed for daily use. It gently lathers to cleanse without stripping moisture and features a calming essential oil blend to help you unwind. Ideal for those who prefer a lightweight, refreshing cleanse that still soothes and hydrates the skin.
Pamper, on the other hand, is an oil-based shower cleanser that transforms into a silky emulsion on wet skin. It’s richer, more nourishing, and leaves your skin feeling soft, moisturised, and pampered after every rinse—perfect for dry or sensitive skin, or whenever your skin needs extra comfort.
For liquid body cleansers like Calme 2.0 Body Cleanser, scent options are limited due to the minimum production volume required for each variant. With Pamper, however, you can personalise your scent, giving you far more flexibility and choice in your shower experience.
When it comes down to preference, it’s truly personal. While Pamper is the more luxurious formulation, some may prefer the familiarity and lighter feel of a water-based cleanser.

Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) and Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLES) are commonly used surfactants that create foam and help cleanse the skin but they can also be too harsh, especially for sensitive or dry skin. These ingredients are known to strip away natural oils, potentially causing dryness, irritation, and disruption to the skin barrier over time.
Instead, we use milder, sulfate-free alternatives that still cleanse effectively without compromising your skin’s natural balance. These gentle surfactants are biodegradable, safer for sensitive skin, and more environmentally responsible.
