BATH SALTS
CALME
In Re{me}dy, we create things with intentions and purpose. Calme Bath Salts is designed with one (1) sole purpose - to help you achieve total relaxation, so everything we put into the product is meant to help you achieve that.
① The mineral-rich Himalayan Salt, when dissolved in warm water, the minerals (magnesium, calcium & potassium) help relax our tight muscles, reduce stiffness and soothe our body. It also helps to improve blood circulation which helps release physical tensions.
② The essential oil blend is made of Lavender (Calming), Patchouli (Grounding), Ylang ylang (Balance), Sweet Orange + Mandarin (Uplifting) to calm our minds, restore balance and ease stress.
Firstly, fill your tub with warm water (adjust the temperature to what you like).
➊ Spread a generous amount (100 - 150g) of Calme Bath Salts into the filled bath and let the crystals dissolve.
➋ Once the salts are more or less dissolved, step into the bath, take a deep breath and relax in the bath.
➌ Soak for 15 - 20 minutes to allow you to fully unwind as the salts relax your muscles and the blend help calm your senses.
*RECOMMENDED USAGE - You can use as needed, even daily if you like.
Keep it dry between uses – Keep sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity.

Why is taking baths so good?
Taking a warm bath activates the body’s parasympathetic nervous system which helps lower stress hormones and calm the mind. Warm water increases blood circulation, allowing tense muscles to relax and easing physical discomfort.
Immersion in water also triggers hydrostatic pressure, which can reduce inflammation and support better joint mobility. The rise in body temperature followed by gradual cooling helps regulate sleep cycles, improving overall rest quality.
Combined with mineral salts or essential oils, baths enhance skin hydration, support natural detox processes, and promote a deeper sense of physical and mental well-being. The minerals are absorbed transdermally, bypassing the digestive system and delivering relief directly to areas of tension without causing stomach upset.
What customers ask
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, Calme Bath Salts are generally suitable for sensitive skin because the formula is simple, clean, and free from harsh additives. Himalayan rock salt is naturally gentle, and the essential oils are used at a safe, balanced level.
However, everyone’s skin reacts differently, especially if you’re prone to sensitivity. If you have very reactive skin, eczema, or broken skin, we recommend doing a quick patch test or starting with a smaller amount in the bath to see how your skin responds.
You can use Calme Bath Salts 2–3 times a week, which is ideal for maintaining regular relaxation and muscle relief. If you’ve had an especially stressful day or intense physical activity, you can use it as needed. Bath salts are gentle, so most people can enjoy them frequently - just adjust based on how you feel.
No, Calme Bath Salts shouldn’t dry out your skin. Himalayan rock salt is naturally rich in minerals that help maintain moisture balance, and the warm water soak actually supports better hydration by softening the skin. The essential oils in the blend also provide a gentle conditioning effect.
If you have very dry or sensitive skin, you can follow your bath with a light body oil or moisturiser to lock in hydration, but most people find their skin feels softer and smoother after using it.
Calme Bath Salts are generally gentle, but we recommend using them with caution for children. Essential oils can be more intense for younger skin, and some children may be more sensitive to aromatics. If you choose to use it, start with a very small amount (about 2–4 tablespoons) in a full tub of warm water and keep baths short.
Avoid use on infants, and never allow children to ingest bathwater.
When in doubt, check with a healthcare professional, every child’s skin and sensitivity level is different.
